Caio de Marco is designer, hacker, maker consultant, type designer and VJ. Inspired by the maker movement and futurology, he founded Ateliê Hacker where develops prototypes of luminescent devices, wearable technologies and artmedia trough handmade electronics and digital fabrication. Disseminator of the art technology, 3D printing and digital culture uses the free hardware and the teaching of ‘learning by doing’ for social empowerment. Realized projects like Samba typeface, currently printed in uniform of the Brazil national football team, the dress Dione Neopixel, Led Sneaker, Bike Mandala, Led Malabares, Camisletra, Bike Light Car. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the School of Communication and Arts Senac in 2005 at São Paulo, Brazil and initiated on electronics by Etienne Delacroix at the Polytechnic of USP.
